Helpless

I watch on helpless
As she falls into despair
And I slowly see her
Breaking into pieces

She smiles and laughs like crazy
Her words a complete mess
Tears fall, mainly due to anger
Even though I know this is a test

Someone should reach out to her
But I know it cant be me
And the other responsible one
Wont let his caring side be free

As she closes her eyes
And her breathing begins to slow
I know this will continue to happen
Unless I call out for help...
